Rotary kiln has dedicated to the preheated iron ore pellets for firing. The main body is a circular cylinder welded steel plate, lined with 230mm thick brick, installation of inclination of 3% -5%. Cylinder is driven by the drive to do rotary movement and speed is generally 0.3-1.0r/min. Kiln head (discharging side) has a burner nozzle. The combustion exhaust gas moves to the kiln tail direction along the cylinder (feed side) .
